JAY-Z's Back Catalogue Released on Spotify

Mr. Tidal himself, JAY-Z, has released all of his albums on rival streaming service Spotify.The flood of stream-able material arrives at Spotify today, coinciding with the rapper's 50th birthday.

The streaming service now boasts a catalogue that includes everything from Reasonable Doubt to 4:44, and hits in between like The Black Album, The Blueprint and Watch the Throne.

JAY-Z launched his own streaming service, Tidal, back in 2014. The service has higher subscription fees than its competitors, but claims to offer better quality sound and pay higher royalties to artists.
